Zusammenfassung

Terma is seeking an Application Manager to shape security system proposals from early design to project closure. You will combine technical engineering with a strong commercial mindset, translating customer requirements into practical solutions and building relationships with stakeholders across disciplines.

You will join a small, collaborative team and engage across the wider organization in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project engineering, systems engineering, or a similar role, with experience in technical pre-sales and customer-facing negotiations.
• Knowledge of advanced radar, camera, or other complex sensor technologies, ideally within defense, security, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and analytical problem-solving.
• Broad technical insight across mechanical, electronic, and software architectures with testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of high-quality, compliant proposals with complex technical scope.
• Create and tailor technical solutions based on customer requirements, using radar and camera tech.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial value propositions.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders during the proposal phase.
• Present and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across functions and with external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
