Job summary

Terma A/S in Denmark seeks a Feature Architect to own the architectural evolution of DevSecOps platform capabilities within a fully on-premises, regulated environment. You will bridge architectural direction with delivery, work closely with platform engineers and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on prototyping, de-risking designs, and ensuring operability, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in software and platform architecture.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture in on-prem/reg environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating on-prem DevSecOps platforms.
• Experience applying product thinking to internal platforms and usability.
• Experience owning or driving technical roadmaps.
• Ability to make architectural trade-offs under constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve architectural direction of Developer Platform / DevSecOps capabilities.
• Establish ownership and shared direction across interfaces with other domains.
• Translate delivery needs into actionable platform improvements with focus on DX and adoption.
• Maintain scalable infrastructure with operations teams.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps balancing near-term and long-term sustainability and compliance.
• Prototype and de-risk platform solutions hands-on when needed.
