Terma is seeking a Platform Engineer to evolve an on-prem internal developer platform and drive secure, scalable software infrastructure for defense and aerospace projects. You will work in a DevSecOps team, shaping tooling, architecture, deployment pipelines, and IaC practices to empower engineers globally.

The role emphasizes cloud-native mindsets, automation, and collaboration, with a mix of hands-on engineering and architectural decision-making inside a high-security environment.

• Design, build, and optimize core platform services to support secure development workflows.
• Automate provisioning of compliant developer environments and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain and evolve the platform using Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Advocate for cloud-native and GitOps principles, driving automation and scaling.
• Help shape the future of our internal developer platform and contribute ideas and architecture decisions.
• Share knowledge through documentation, code reviews and learning sessions.
