You will respond to inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and spot sales opportunities. The role offers flexibility with weekend shifts and opportunities for growth in an international environment in Kolding, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Familiarity with online platforms (social media, email, live chat).
• Basic knowledge of technology and internet usage.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends.

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to clients via online platforms This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our companys reputation

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via online channels
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or upscale to appropriate departments
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and make appropriate recommendations
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes procedures and overall customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Strong communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with online platforms such as social media email live chat etc
• Basic knowledge of technology and internet usage
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience
