Executive Connect Qatar is seeking an Online Consultant for our Roskilde, Denmark operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via online channels, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.

You will respond to inquiries across email, chat and social media, build rapport, troubleshoot issues, and work with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or related field.

Online Consultant - Roskilde, Denmark

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that clients are satisfied with our products and services, and to assist them in any inquiries or issues they may have. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of our company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions
• Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction
• Address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to clients
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in using various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of our company's products and services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: This position is based in Roskilde, Denmark. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in Denmark. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
