Aikido Security BV is seeking an Account Executive to drive new enterprise business and expand relationships across engineering, DevOps, and security teams in the Nordic region.

You will prospect target accounts, manage the full deal cycle end-to-end, and ensure Aikido becomes the default security platform for customers. The role offers top-tier compensation, equity, and growth in a fast-moving, open environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of SaaS sales experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools.
• Proven record of closing complex 6 and 7 figure deals.
• Experience owning multiple strategic accounts with a long‑term, relationship‑driven approach.
• Comfortable leading technical product conversations and mapping depth to business outcomes.
• Effective in both direct enterprise sales and partner‑assisted deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle for a defined list of enterprise targets from first touch to close.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior engineering, platform, and security leaders.
• Drive expansion within existing accounts in tight partnership with Customer Success and Product.
• Build tailored presentations and demos that show clear technical and business value.
• Align with marketing and alliances on account‑based programs and partner‑led motions.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.
• Represent Aikido in the field at industry and partner events.
