Job summary

Nordic Chem Sweden AB seeks a Business Developer to drive growth across the Nordics, starting with Sweden and expanding into Denmark and beyond. You will engage commercial cleaning and facility management clients, demonstrate the proven Nordic Chem 2.0 coating, and close new business through on-site visits, demos, and follow-ups.

You will work with an international team, enjoy uncapped commission-based earnings, and benefit from a growing brand footprint in the region while travelling to client

Qualifications

• A network in commercial cleaning, facility management, or cleaning supplies.
• B2B sales experience, ideally including face-to-face selling.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and approaching commercial cleaning companies, facility management companies and hospitality groups.
• Prospecting by email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Meetings by video and in person.
• On-site demonstrations and site evaluations.
• Training clients on how to use the product.
• Overseeing coating applications on client sites, and getting hands-on when needed.
• Building long-term client relationships that lead to repeat orders.
• Sharing market feedback to help shape our approach in the Nordics.
