Job summary

IBSA Nordic ApS is seeking an Operative Business Specialist to drive commercial execution in the Dermo Aesthetics business across the Nordics. You’ll partner with regional managers, lead projects with key accounts, plan events, webinars, and trade fairs, and translate market insights into customer-facing activities.

Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Manager in Copenhagen, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, conduct market research, and ensure smooth operational follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing commercial role within sales and/or marketing, events management, or business development.
• Experience coordinating events, webinars, congresses, trade fairs, or other customer engagement activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English and a Nordic language.
• Structured, proactive and execution‑driven with attention to detail and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects with targeted accounts and customer engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, trade fairs, and PR activities in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Coordinate market research and competitor analyses to support commercial decisions.
• Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders across the Nordic markets, ensuring strong operational follow‑up.
