Job summary

Pharmacosmos is a growing international pharmaceutical company focused on iron deficiency and related diseases. We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager Nordics to strengthen the Nordic organisation across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, working closely with senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into action.

You will lead business planning, drive cross-functional initiatives, improve commercial processes, and enhance data visibility with dashboards and CRM.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Commercial Operations or related roles.
• Experience working cross-functionally in international or Nordic contexts.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on performance, reporting and planning.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or regulated industry is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, dashboards and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Nordic business planning process including annual and account plans.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs to support decisions.
• Coordinate forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews with Finance and country teams.
• Improve and standardize commercial processes and reporting across the Nordics.
• Strengthen CRM usage and data quality for better insights and adoption.
• Coordinate Nordic tender processes and support submissions (e.g., Sweden).
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear ownership and timelines.
• Coordinate Nordic AI projects to enhance execution and reporting.
