Job summary

BORG Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager Nordics to drive growth across Denmark, Sweden and the Baltics. The role involves building strong customer relationships, executing regional sales strategy, and collaborating with account teams to ensure excellent service and operational execution.

You will report to the Regional Manager and work in an international environment, with opportunities to own key markets and contribute to our Nordic expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in the independent automotive aftermarket (sales, key account management or commercial business development).
• Strong ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable owning markets while collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the commercial agenda across Denmark, Sweden and the Baltics.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Execute the regional sales strategy and translate priorities into actions and results.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Account Managers to ensure service excellence and execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand in Nordic markets, with growth potential in Sweden.
