Webasto Group in Denmark seeks a Managing Director Denmark + Manager Sales Nordics & Baltics with strong leadership and sales expertise to drive revenue, growth, and profitability. You will lead the Danish entity and oversee regional strategy across Nordics and Baltics, shaping sales organizations and budgets.

You bring years of leadership in automotive aftermarket, strategic decision-making, and fluency in English, with Nordic/German language knowledge as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of leadership experience in sales or general management, ideally in automotive aftermarket.
• Experience in Nordic markets; Baltic knowledge is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales orientation and strategic goal implementation.
• Fluent English; Nordic language and German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the Danish company and manage revenue, results, cash flow, and the regional growth strategy implementation.
• Lead sales in Nordic and Baltic markets, develop market penetration strategies, identify opportunities, and negotiate with key customers.
• Lead and develop the local team, promote performance-oriented culture, and ensure sustainable personnel development.
• Manage budgets, investments, forecasts, analyze key figures, and derive corrective actions.
• Represent the company and build customer and partner networks, monitor market trends and make key personnel, budget, and organizational decisions.
