Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Business Operations & Analysis Specialist to monitor performance, prepare management reports, and coordinate key operational activities in Denmark, with potential Nordic involvement. You will translate data into actionable insights and support execution of business plans.

You will work with sales, marketing, aftersales, and European HQ to align reporting and drive efficiency across the organization while supporting regional projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and BI tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales, deliveries, dealer performance, inventory, and market data.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports to support reviews and decision-making.
• Monitor performance against targets; identify deviations and risks; provide timely recommendations.
