BORG Automotive is seeking a Group Transport Operations Manager to lead transport planning and execution within our Denmark-based Group Logistics organization. You will coordinate activities across countries and functions, align resources, and ensure processes are understood and followed in a matrix environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder-management skills, ownership, and the ability to drive improvements without direct managerial responsibility, with experience advantageous in matrix

Qualifications

• Experience in transport management or freight/logistics operations.
• Ability to monitor performance and translate insights into actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in international settings.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for group-wide transport planning and execution.
• Monitor and improve internal and external transport performance.
• Drive carrier performance through regular service reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Act as the Group escalation point following local processes.
• Provide matrix leadership to local transport managers and colleagues.
• Develop and continuously improve group-wide transport processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and logistics partners for effective transport solutions.
• Support strategic transport initiatives and tender participation.
