Job summary

EVEREC is seeking a Sales Manager for the Norden region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) with remote/field-based flexibility. You will drive growth across Nordic markets, building relationships with distributors, installers and strategic partners while owning the regional sales cycle.

You will contribute to an international team, propel business results and enjoy autonomy with two company retreats per year and travel-expense coverage.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Background in electrical distribution, lighting, solar PV, EV charging, energy management or similar tech products.
• Experience selling into distributors, wholesalers or installer networks is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic commercial networks and distribution channels.
• Fluent English with an entrepreneurial, outgoing attitude and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
• Build relationships with electrical wholesalers, distributors, installers, EPCs and strategic partners.
• Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements and manage the full sales cycle.
• Take ownership of regional growth with a high level of autonomy.
• Collaborate directly with international sales leadership and wider commercial teams.
