Job summary

DIS/CREADIS invites a Lead Systems Engineer to champion the technical coherence across multi-disciplinary delivery projects, from stakeholder needs to final delivery. Based in Denmark, you will steer systems engineering work, manage customer interfaces, and ensure alignment from requirements to verification, working closely with customers, project teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in complex development or delivery projects.
• Background in systems engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Experience with MBSE, SysML, risk & decision management is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the systems engineering effort throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Clarify stakeholder needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Drive requirements management, reviews and release activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, architecture, implementation and verification.
• Maintain overall system visibility across products, subsystems and supplier deliveries.
• Define and manage interfaces between systems and engineering disciplines.
• Drive technical decision-making and trade-off analyses.
• Coordinate technical activities across work packages.
• Support integration, verification and validation activities.
• Act as the technical authority during deliveries and customer acceptance.
