DIS/CREADIS in Denmark is seeking a Software Tech Lead to shape the technical direction of engineering solutions. You will drive architecture, mentor colleagues, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, with flexibility to work from offices or on-site with customers.

You’ll collaborate across projects, balance strategic thinking and hands-on development, and ensure delivery quality. Fluent Danish and English are expected, along with a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and 5+

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably including a Tech Lead or Architect role.
• Experience with modern technologies (.NET, C#, Java, Python, Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines).
• Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive software architecture and make key technical decisions in projects.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and technical guidance to colleagues and teams.
• Support project estimation and the development of technical roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
