Job summary

DIS/CREADIS - Dansk IngeniørService A/S is seeking a Software Tech Lead in Denmark to shape technical directions on complex engineering solutions. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor colleagues, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with work either from an office or on-site with customers.

The role requires a degree in software engineering or CS, 5+ years of experience including leadership, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including a Tech Lead or Architect role.
• Familiar with modern technologies (.NET, C#, Java, Python, Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
• Fluent communication in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive software architecture and make key technical decisions in projects.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and technical guidance to colleagues and teams.
• Support project estimation and development of technical roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
