DIS/CREADIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Defense. You will coordinate engineers, customers, and suppliers to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals while driving progress with structured planning and risk management.

Based in Denmark with hybrid work around Stilling, the role emphasizes international collaboration, governance adherence, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–7 years of experience managing engineering, technology, or industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across disciplines and communicating with customers, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Professional project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
• Establish clear project execution plans and reporting structures, managing risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers for alignment and execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through structured communication and progress reporting.
• Ensure projects follow governance frameworks, including stage-gate processes and ISO-aligned QA practices.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering

Experience in project delivery

Strong planning and financial management skills
