Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–7 years of experience managing engineering, technology, or industrial projects.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across disciplines and communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Strong planning and financial management skills; experience with budgets, forecasts, and project risks.
• PM certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or IPMA are an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages may help depending on location.
• Willing to travel internationally for projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
• Establish clear project execution plans and reporting structures, managing risks, issues, and changes to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers for alignment and execution.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders through structured communication, decision-making, and progress reporting.
• Ensure projects follow governance frameworks, including stage-gate processes and ISO-aligned quality practices.
