Job summary

DIS/CREADIS is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to drive technical alignment in complex delivery projects in Denmark. You will connect customer needs to architecture, requirements and implementation, acting as the technical focal point throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead the systems engineering effort across defense, critical infrastructure, and advanced technology solutions, coordinating with customers, project teams, and suppliers to ensure reliable, traceable, and validated system

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex technical development projects.
Experience with software-intensive systems and multidisciplinary engineering environments.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead the systems engineering effort across the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Clarify stakeholder needs and translate them into system requirements.
Drive requirements management, reviews and release activities.
Ensure traceability between requirements, architecture, implementation and verification.
Maintain overall system visibility across products, subsystems and supplier deliveries.
Define and manage interfaces between systems and engineering disciplines.
Drive technical decision-making and trade-off analyses.
Coordinate technical activities across work packages.
Support integration, verification and validation activities.
Act as the technical authority during deliveries and customer acceptance.
