Job summary

Ramboll in Denmark seeks a Team Lead for Power Systems to combine technical leadership, project delivery and people management across a global Power Systems team, delivering complex assignments in electrification, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure.

You will lead and develop a team of specialists, contribute as senior expert or technical lead on client projects, drive recruitment, professional development and cross-border collaboration within Ramboll’s international network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or power systems.
• Strong technical experience in Power Systems in consultancy, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including recruitment and professional development.
• Deliver technical and billable projects as senior expert, technical lead or project manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects across Ramboll to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support growth of Power Systems capabilities and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
