Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to drive high voltage design and grid connection projects across Denmark. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, advise clients on technical solutions, and ensure compliance with grid codes while delivering value across Datacenters, BESS & Solar PV, and industrial facilities.

You will coordinate technical scopes, support procurement, and contribute to sales efforts, leveraging Ramboll’s global energy expertise and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on power systems.
• Proven experience in Power Systems, High Voltage, and grid connections.
• Experience leading projects and small-to-mid size engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high voltage systems per standards and regulations.
• Handle grid connections and grid compliance per codes for clients.
• Coordinate and lead engineering teams on projects in Denmark.
• Provide client advisory, and participate in sales/proposal work.
