Job summary

Ramboll in Aarhus seeks a Team Lead – Power Systems to guide a skilled group of engineers on complex power systems projects. You will balance technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities, driving delivery and quality across engagements.

The role emphasizes development of the team and proactive project leadership within Ramboll's international Power Systems network. You will contribute to high-stakes projects spanning high-voltage transmission, offshore wind, data centres, and green

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, power systems or related field.
• Experience delivering complex Power Systems projects in consultancy, utilities or energy sector.
• Proven leadership to develop and support technical specialists.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists.
• Lead technical and billable project delivery as senior expert or PM.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects across Ramboll.
• Support growth of Power Systems capabilities through knowledge sharing.
