Ramboll in Denmark is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer for Power Systems and low/medium voltage to lead technical scope on client projects across energy sectors. You will guide design, manage teams, and advise clients to ensure robust, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.Eng. Electrical Engineering or MSc required.
• Proven experience in Power Systems and LV/MV engineering.
• Experience independently managing projects and engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset and client-facing skills.
• Strong oral and written Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of LV & MV systems according to standards.
• Coordinate technical scope and engineering teams.
• Act as client’s technical advisor and Owners Engineer.
• Prepare technical specifications for transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and protection.
• Provide technical input to procurement and handle clarifications during project execution.
• Participate in factory and site acceptance testing.
• Participate in sales and proposal work.
