Job summary

Ramboll in Denmark is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Power Systems to combine technical expertise, project delivery and people leadership. You will lead a team of technical specialists while staying actively involved in client projects as a senior expert and project leader.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong Power Systems experience in consultancy, utilities, or energy infrastructure.
Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects and lead others.
Leadership skills to grow and support technical specialists.
Excellent written and spoken English and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists including recruitment and onboarding.
Deliver technical project work as senior expert, technical lead or project manager.
Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and connect Ramboll experts.
Support development of Power Systems capabilities and knowledge sharing.
