Job summary

Ramboll, a global engineering and consultancy group, is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer for Power Systems focusing on low and medium voltage in Denmark. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with client relationship management, guiding projects from concept to detailed engineering across diverse sectors.

You will lead, advise, and coordinate engineering teams, develop robust technical solutions, and contribute to sales and proposals while ensuring high-quality, long-term value for clients.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.Eng. Electrical Engineering or MSc preferred.
• Experience in Power Systems and LV/MV engineering.
• Experience leading projects and engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of low/medium voltage systems per standards.
• Coordinate and lead smaller/mid-size engineering teams.
• Act as client’s technical advisor and Owner's Engineer.
• Prepare technical specs for transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and lightning protection.
• Support procurement with technical clarifications during execution.
