Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer in Denmark to drive Power Systems and Grid Connection projects. You will lead HV design, guide multi-team efforts, and advise clients on robust technical solutions that align with business goals.

You will coordinate smaller to mid-size engineering teams, contribute to sales efforts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction across datacenters, BESS & Solar PV, and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Power Systems, High voltage and Grid connections.
• Experience independently managing projects and smaller/mid-size engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset and approach.
• Strong oral and written skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high voltage systems according to relevant standards and regulations.
• Handle grid connections and grid compliance according to grid codes for the client.
• Lead the technical scope including engineering teams.
• Prepare technical specifications for power transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and lightning protection.
• Provide input and support for procurement processes and technical clarifications.
• Participate in factory and site acceptance testing.
• Act as Owners Engineer for the client and participate in sales/proposals.
