Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading large and complex electrical packages.
• Hands-on modelling with OEM equipment and grid-forming tech.
• Experience with grid integration processes for utility-scale assets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end electrical system design for large-scale installations.
• Develop optimized technical designs to connect assets to the grid.
• Facilitate dialogue with TSO/DSO to address design requirements.
• Oversee engineering activities including QA, tendering, and contractor oversight.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and client leadership.
