Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Power Systems. You will lead a team of technical specialists, balance project delivery with people leadership, and work directly with clients on complex assignments across electrification, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure.

You will guide recruitment, development, and resource planning while collaborating with Ramboll colleagues globally to strengthen capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or power systems.
• Strong technical experience within Power Systems.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including recruitment and professional development.
• Contribute as a senior expert, technical lead or project manager on complex Power Systems assignments.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new project opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects across Ramboll to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support the development of Power Systems capabilities and knowledge sharing.
