Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Power Systems in Denmark to lead a team of Power Systems specialists. You will drive complex project delivery, client engagement and knowledge sharing across Ramboll's international network.

Join a foundation-owned, globally integrated practice focused on green transition and large-scale energy infrastructure. You will mentor professionals, shape project execution, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Strong Power Systems experience in consultancy, utilities, or energy.
Experience delivering complex technical projects as senior expert or PM.
Leadership experience developing technical staff.
Strong client and stakeholder skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including recruitment and professional development.
Deliver technical and billable projects as a senior expert, technical lead or project manager.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to new opportunities.
Lead multidisciplinary projects and connect Ramboll expertise across teams.
Support growth of Power Systems capabilities across the organisation.
