Job summary

Alstom in Copenhagen is seeking a Junior HRBP to apply HR expertise in a dynamic, collaborative team. You will support managers, oversee recruitment, benefits, local policies, and performance cycles, and handle expatriate immigration and settling-in.

Training on HR processes is also part of the role. You will work with Talent Acquisition, AES teams, and local managers to drive HR initiatives and ensure HP data integrity.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science, or economics.
• HR experience through internships or work.
• International exposure or experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage time and projects effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Commercial and business acumen with influencing and persuasion skills.
• Intercultural awareness and collaboration mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Confidence and the ability to share opinions and expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to apply HR policies, processes, and programs effectively.
• Support recruitment processes and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee expatriate immigration and settling-in processes.
• Conduct training on HR-related processes.
• Manage employee benefits and local policies.
• Monitor the Performance Management Cycle (PMC) and development plans.
