You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling managers to apply effective HR management practices, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and driving impactful HR initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Talent Acquisition, AES teams, and local managers), oversee employee benefits and local policies, and contribute to performance management cycles, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of expatriate immigration and settling-in processes, but also conduct training on HR process-related topics.
