Job summary

Alstom in Copenhagen is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team full-time. You’ll support managers with HR practices, oversee recruitment processes, and drive initiatives across Talent Acquisition, AES teams, and local managers.

You’ll handle expatriate immigration and settling-in procedures, and deliver training on HR processes while contributing to performance cycles and local policy management. Fluency in English and intercultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, psychology, business, social science or economics.
• Internship or work experience in HR.
• International exposure or experience.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Intercultural awareness and collaboration mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to apply HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Ensure smooth recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee employee benefits and local policies.
• Contribute to performance management cycles, merit reviews, and development plans.
• Manage expatriate immigration and settling-in procedures.
• Provide HR process training to teams.
