Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that increase hotel revenue. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients and negotiate contracts to secure business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
