DIS - CREADIS Engineering Solutions & Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to open new doors, develop relationships and reconnect with former clients in the Danish manufacturing sector. You will own the sales process from initial contact through proposal and close, while collaborating with production engineering teams to shape compelling solutions.

• At least three years of B2B sales or business development experience within engineering services, manufacturing solutions or technical consultancy.
• Established network within Danish manufacturing, production or engineering to open doors and momentum.
• Proven success in winning new business, developing existing accounts and building lasting client partnerships.
• Experience managing both fast-moving consultant sales and complex project opportunities with longer sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of production, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Structured approach to qualifying opportunities and managing the pipeline through to close.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across new, existing and former clients.
• Initiate conversations with decision makers in manufacturing organisations and develop trusted commercial relationships.
• Own the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Understand clients’ production environments and work with line managers and technical specialists to shape solutions.
• Support a smooth transition into delivery, maintain client dialogue and identify further opportunities.
• Provide market insight to the department and maintain accurate forecasts and sales data.
