DIS/CREADIS - Dansk IngeniørService A/S is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our Danish market in production engineering, connecting clients with expert consultants, teams or complete project solutions.
You will build relationships with manufacturing decision makers, own the sales process from first contact to close, and collaborate with engineers to tailor compelling offerings while navigating longer sales cycles in a hybrid work setting.
Some people see a production challenge. You see the beginning of a valuable client conversation.
Working closely with our line managers, you will help connect clients with the right Production Engineering expertise, whether that means a specialist consultant, a dedicated team or a complete engineering project.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can open new doors, develop established relationships and reconnect with former clients at the right moment. Creating opportunities, building momentum and converting promising conversations into real business is what drives you.
You will take a leading role in growing a market with significant potential across different clients and sales cycles. Some opportunities require pace and the ability to match a client with the right consultant. Others call for deeper discovery and the development of a complete project solution.
You understand that success starts with curiosity. By getting close to the client’s production environment and asking the right questions, you uncover the real challenge and identify the engagement that will create the greatest value.
Your success will be reflected in the business you win, the results delivered for clients and the relationships that continue to grow.
You combine commercial drive with technical curiosity and know how to turn access, insight and trusted relationships into business. Confident engaging with senior decision makers, you can uncover their needs, shape relevant solutions and move opportunities from the first conversation to a successful agreement.
As a member of the Production Engineering leadership team, you will have significant influence on the unit’s sales strategy and play a key role in shaping its commercial direction.
Working closely with the Business Unit Director, you will help determine which markets and clients we prioritise, how we best position our capabilities and where we invest to drive future growth.
You will join a Production Engineering team of 85 colleagues, with direct access to experienced engineers who bring depth and credibility to client conversations. Our informal culture, short decision paths and hybrid working model give you the freedom to act on opportunities and see the direct impact of your work.
Your contribution to winning new business, growing client relationships and developing the unit will be both visible and recognised across our global organisation.
