GRAS Sound & Vibration in Denmark seeks an experienced Support & Application Engineer to join a global team across Denmark, the UK and the USA. You will handle inquiries by email, support customers, and coordinate with the sales organization from Holte or your home office.

You will write technical articles, participate in customer courses, and contribute to exhibitions. Expect two to three fixed support days weekly, with UK coverage and US overlap in late afternoons.

Qualifications

• A few years of engineering experience in electronic/audio or acoustical engineering with interest in measurement techniques.
• Strong desire to share knowledge through technical articles, courses or day-to-day customer communications.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technical writing; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming inquiries (primarily via email) from customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical literature, such as application notes and guides.
• Participate in technical courses for customers and partners.
• Conduct customer visits in coordination with the sales organization.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and technical conferences with the sales team.
