Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Denmark, preferably Copenhagen or Zealand/Amager. The role is remote field-based with extensive weekly travel (about 50%) and possible support across the Nordics.

You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain medical devices at customer sites, train personnel, and ensure high equipment performance and patient safety. You will work with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Quality teams to support product development

Qualifications

• Degree or apprenticeship with strong engineering foundation.
• Experience as Field Service Engineer in medical devices or healthcare tech is preferred.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain medical device capital equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and customer training.
• Serve as primary tech contact and manage service tickets and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and product releases.
• Travel extensively within Denmark and Nordics as needed.
