Job summary

WIKA Group is seeking a technically minded professional with strong sales skills to support our product range in Denmark. The role involves qualifying inquiries, generating quotations, and coordinating with Area Sales Managers to maximize opportunities.

You will manage customer touchpoints in the CRM system and ensure timely, professional responses. Danish fluency and business English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be technically minded with experience in a technical sales discipline.
• A mechanical engineering background is ideal but not critical.
• Experience working with customers in an office environment via face-to-face or telephone.
• CRM/ERP system knowledge required.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Fluency in Danish and strong business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Technical sales and support for WIKA’s entire product range.
• Generate quotations and supporting documents in the ERP/CRM system.
• Qualify enquiries via phone, email, or live chat and work with Area Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with Internal Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager and Product Sales Specialists to retain and win business.
• Manage activities, opportunities, and customer touchpoints in the CRM system.
• Communicate proactively with customers to capitalise on opportunities.
