Job summary

Vetaphone, based in Kolding, Denmark, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to support its global sales team. The role covers technical and commercial sales support, guiding projects from concept to quotation, and maintaining customer relationships with OEMs and end customers.

You will travel internationally and collaborate with Area Sales Managers, driving technically complex sales while sharing knowledge across the network in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background, preferably mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Proven consultative, project-based B2B sales experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to customer value.
• Structured, self-driven with strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Danish and excellent English; willingness to travel 50–70 days/year.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from initial dialogue and design to quotation and handover.
• Lead technical sales on selected projects with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze applications to define optimal surface treatment solutions.
• Prepare proposals communicating value, performance and compliance.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support OEM integration.
• Share knowledge across sales network and monitor market trends; travel internationally.
