Job summary

GRAS/Audio Precision in Denmark is seeking a Support & Application Engineer to assist a global network of customers and distributors. You will provide top-notch technical support and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create application notes and guides.

You will work from the Holte office or from a home office, aligning hours with Denmark time and engaging with teams across the UK and US to deliver timely assistance and training.

Qualifications

• A few years of engineering experience in electronic/audio or acoustical fields.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from customers and partners (often by mail).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical literature (application notes, guides).
• Participate in technical courses for customers and partners.
• Conduct customer visits in coordination with the sales organization.
• Participate in exhibitions and technical conferences with the sales organization.
