Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, is seeking a Project Manager to lead facility and building initiatives across Terma’s international sites. You will manage refurbishments, expansions, capacity planning and the ongoing development of our buildings and facilities.

You will turn business needs into clear solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and travel as required. The role requires a degree in construction-related fields and at least three years of PM experience, with a strong focus on budgets,

Qualifications

• You hold a relevant degree in construction engineering, architectural technology, construction management, or a related field.
• You have at least three years of project management experience, preferably within construction, refurbishment or facility projects.
• A solid understanding of technical building installations and systems.
• Experience working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A strong background in strategic initiatives and long-term planning related to buildings, facilities or capacity.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initial concept and planning through execution and handover.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and travelling as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic facility and building initiatives.
• Lead construction, refurbishment and facility projects of varying size and complexity.
• Manage seating plans, capacity planning and future space requirements across Terma.
• Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and ongoing reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, international sites, external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare recommendations and decision-making materials for management, including support for purchase and lease agreements in collaboration with Legal.
