Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Project Manager in R&D in Lystrup to lead projects from concept to handover across systems engineering, software and hardware integration. You will work with a dedicated Project Core Team to manage development disciplines and ensure successful program outcomes.

The role focuses on security and surveillance solutions, collaborating with Project Managers and Lead System Engineers to deliver complex, high-value technology programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Administration with R&D experience.
• +5 years experience as project manager within technical product development or as a technical/product lead for new products or innovation projects.
• PM training and certification (PMP preferred or IPMA/Prince2/Agile).
• Experience leading onsite, offsite, or mixed teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office apps.
• Knowledge of stage/gate or agile project models, change management (ADKAR), and IT tools like MS Project and JIRA.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive project initiation, planning and execution, incl. proactive risk management and maintaining project lifecycle discipline.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, map dependencies and drive delivery to objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and contribute to best practices within Terma Project Management.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain transparency on progress, risks, changes and benefits.
• Allocate resources effectively and oversee finances and reporting.
• Participate in customer meetings when required, representing the R&D project.
