Job summary

ECCO Sko A/S in Bredebro, Denmark, seeks a Global Rewards Lead to shape ECCO’s global rewards agenda and translate business priorities into coherent strategies across markets. You will partner with senior leaders to define principles, frameworks and programmes, driving initiatives from concept to execution with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

You will balance global principles with local market realities, lead key compensation processes, and develop insights from data and market benchmarks

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for and continuously develop ECCO’s global Rewards strategy, principles and frameworks.
• Act as a trusted Rewards advisor to senior leaders and P&C leadership, providing insights, recommendations and constructive challenge while translating global principles into practical solutions across markets.
• Drive the development of global compensation structures and approaches, including salary structures, benchmarking, market positioning and incentive programmes.
• Lead key global compensation processes, ensuring strong governance, consistency and quality while using data, analytics and market insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with P&C colleagues globally and work closely with our Senior Rewards Partner to deliver impactful Rewards initiatives that support both business priorities and our People agenda.
