Job summary

Ramboll in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Rewards Centre of Excellence. You will shape global reward solutions and influence reward strategy across Ramboll’s business and employee experience.

The role focuses on evolving reward programmes, leading initiatives, and delivering data-driven decisions across Ramboll’s global teams. You will collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to sustainable, fair reward practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within Rewards - ideally from global organisations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into decisions.
• Experience leading projects and driving change across functions and geographies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to evolve and optimise Ramboll’s reward programmes, frameworks and processes.
• Lead selected global reward initiatives from idea through design and implementation.
• Translate data, market insights and business needs into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior HR stakeholders and leaders on reward topics and strategic people decisions.
• Drive reward analytics and insights that strengthen transparency and decision-making.
• Explore how technology and data can strengthen reward programmes, employee experience and decision-making.
