Responsibilities

• Enable growth and operational priorities through holistic rewards and performance leadership.
• Advise on reward governance, executive compensation, and pay/performance management.
• Define and lead global Rewards & Performance strategy with Centres of Excellence and regional stakeholders.
• Translate business and people priorities into sustainable rewards and performance solutions.
• Own the Reward and Performance value chain from ideation to execution with global guardrails.
• Lead and develop a global team to build partnerships across functions and regions.
