ECCO Sko A/S in Bredebro, Denmark, seeks a Global Rewards Lead to shape ECCO’s global rewards agenda and translate business priorities into coherent strategies across markets. You will partner with senior leaders to define principles, frameworks and programmes, driving initiatives from concept to execution with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
You will balance global principles with local market realities, lead key compensation processes, and develop insights from data and market benchmarks
Do you want to shape the future of Rewards for 21,000 colleagues across the world and take the professional lead on a global Rewards agenda?
At ECCO, we are continuing to strengthen our global approach to Rewards. We have built important foundations, and now we are looking for an experienced Rewards professional to help drive and further strengthen our global Rewards journey.
As our Global Rewards Lead, you will play a key role in setting the direction for our future Rewards strategy and developing the principles, frameworks and programmes that support our business and colleagues across the world. Working closely with senior leaders, P&C leadership and colleagues across our markets, you will translate business priorities into a coherent global Rewards approach while driving key initiatives from concept to execution.
Based at our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark, you will join our Global People & Operations function and become part of our Global Rewards team together with an experienced Senior Rewards Partner.
Together, you will drive and further develop our global Rewards agenda. As Global Rewards Lead, you will set the overall professional direction and shape our global Rewards strategy, while both of you take ownership of key Rewards areas and initiatives. You will work as close sparring partners, combining your expertise to develop and deliver solutions that work across ECCO globally.
A key priority will be to create the right balance between global principles, business needs and local market realities. More specifically, you will:
You are an experienced Rewards professional who is motivated by the opportunity to shape an agenda rather than simply maintain existing processes. While this is a strategically important role, it is also a hands‑on position where you will actively drive and deliver key Rewards initiatives yourself.
Therefore, you combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and a willingness to get involved in the details. You are comfortable navigating complex topics, turning data and market insights into clear recommendations and engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve, new challenges emerge and collaboration across functions, culture and geographies is key to success.
This is not a people management role. Instead, it is an opportunity to take significant global responsibility and become a trusted advisor on one of ECCO’s key people agendas.
You will join a small, experienced Rewards team where collaboration, professional partnership and knowledge sharing are central to the way we work. Being present in Bredebro and working closely with colleagues across our headquarters organisation is an important part of the role, while the global nature of the position will give you a broad international network and exposure to stakeholders across the business.

Join us and you become part of a meaningful, developing and multicultural workplace with colleagues who are proud to create the footprints of tomorrow. Our offices and facilities around the world have an informal culture and relaxed dress code – our shoe code is slightly stricter.
