LEO Pharma A/S is seeking a Global Rewards Partner to translate business needs, market insights, and Rewards strategy into pragmatic advice and execution across a global organization with Danish roots. You will collaborate with leaders, design governance, and implement Rewards solutions that align with both global standards and local market realities.

The role sits within Rewards & Mobility, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll and external partners to strengthen a globally connected

Qualifications

5+ years in Rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR advisory roles.
Experience in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, and job architecture.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted Rewards advisor to HR and business leaders across topics like base pay, incentives, and recognition.
Translate business needs into practical Rewards recommendations balancing engagement, affordability, fairness, governance, and impact.
Collaborate to design, improve, and implement Rewards frameworks, policies, tools, and processes.
Conduct market/internal analysis to assess competitiveness and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
Drive governance in Rewards decisions with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll and stakeholders.
Support and drive global Rewards projects with the HR team.
