• Identify opportunities to evolve and optimise Ramboll’s reward programmes.
• Lead selected global reward initiatives from idea through design.
• Translate data, market insights and business needs into recommendations.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior HR stakeholders on reward topics.
• Drive reward analytics and insights that strengthen transparency.
• Explore how technology can strengthen reward programmes.
