Join our Global Rewards Centre of Excellence

As part of Group HR, you will join Ramboll’s Global Rewards Centre of Excellence and help shape global reward solutions that support our business and employee experience. You will work closely with colleagues across Copenhagen, India and Finland and partner with stakeholders across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to evolve and optimise Ramboll’s reward programmes, frameworks and processes
  • Lead selected global reward initiatives from idea through design and implementation
  • Translate data, market insights and business needs into recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior HR stakeholders and leaders on reward topics and strategic people decisions
  • Drive reward analytics and insights that strengthen transparency and decision‑making
  • Explore how technology and data can strengthen reward programmes, employee experience and decision‑making
What you bring
  • 8+ years of experience within Rewards – ideally from global organisations
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into decisions
